Havre Police Department

Officers investigated after someone reported Monday at 8:16 a.m. that her husband was threatening her child.

Officers investigated after a Fifth Street caller reported Monday at 10:15 a.m. that a theft had taken place.

Officers made an arrest after a Second Street caller reported Monday at 11:34 a.m.  a possible disturbance. No further information was provided in the dispatch log.

Julie Renee Olson of Great Falls, 33, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer and on a Justice or City court warrant after a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller reported Monday at 12:19 p.m. that a woman had been sitting outside for a long time.

Lawrence Kapulikai Duque of Havre, 19, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Monday at 9:12 p.m. on 10th Street.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies  assisted a citizen after a call for assistance was made Monday at 7:24 a.m. by someone at the county Airport.

Deputies investigated after a Hingham caller reported Monday at 12:30 p.m. a dog bite.

Deputies investigated after a theft, forgery or fraud report Monday at 4:06 p.m. at the sheriff's office.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Monday and one today.

Fire crews responded Monday at 7:51 a.m. to a report of a possible grass or structure fire at Montana State University-Northern. There were no fires and the reported smoke may have come from the construction in the area.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning one long- haired, three medium-haired, six short-haired and one Siamese cat.
