Hi-Line Volleyball Roundup: CJI off to a fast start in the 6C East

With preseason tournaments dominating the start of the 2017 local high school volleyball season, this past weekend, teams got down to the business of starting district play, and playing full matches.

The action started last Tuesday when the Rocky Boy Morning Stars swept the Harlem Wildcats in a non-conference match in Rocky Boy. The Morning Stars downed the Wildcats by scores of 25-18, 25-10 and 25-14, with Tessa Big Knife and Jaylynn Mitchell combining for 15 kills. Sean Henry added five aces.
