Festival Days Quilt Show in new location

A long-time favorite of Havre Festival Days has moved to a new — and appropriate — location this year.

The Festival Days Quilt Show started this morning at Bearly Square Quilting in its newest location, 109 First St. W. #3 in Havre.

Owner Wendy Gerke moved into the new location earlier this year.

“We couldn’t be happier about hosting Havre Festival Days Quilt Show in our shop this year,” she said, adding, “We are keeping it simple.”

People could enter up to three items with a preference of numbers one through three just in case not enough space was available to hang all of the entries

The public is welcome to come view and vote for their favorite. The quilt show hours started this morning at 10 and will run to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The top three items with the most votes will be announced at 4 p.m Saturday and posted on Facebook.
