1. Ordinance No. 902 (Second Reading) — An Ordinance Amending Title 7, Chapter 2, Section 1, Selling, Purchasing, Discharging, Dates and Times. (Fireworks)

2. Approval of September claims and manual warrants.

Finance Committee will meet at 5 p.m. before the council meeting.

The council will hold a public meeting on the street mill levy financing issue Tuesday at 7 p.m. and Wednesday at 7 p.m., both in City Hall.
