Faculty, staff and students of St. Jude Thaddeus School throw colored powder on students as they pass by during St. Jude's annual Color Jog-A-Thon. St. Jude Development Director Kathryn Tilleman said all 146 students in the school - up from last year's enrollment of 114 - ran in the fundraiser, with the fourth- through eighth-graders running a longer course and the younger students - the youngest was 3 - on a shorter route. Sixth-grader Rhett Wertheimer ran the longest, finishing 29 laps. The school is still tallying the amount raised by student pledges, and if the students make their goal of $20,000, the school will rent one of the Cottonwood Cinema theaters for a private showing of a movie for the entire student body.
