Graduate program info sessions set

Information sessions on Montana State University-Northern’s graduate program for the Master of Science, Education, Instruction and Learning are set for next Monday and Thursday, both at 7 p.m. in Cowan Hall Room 314.

The sessions are being conducted to share information about the innovative offering of the Instruction and Learning Masters program online with residencies. The next cohort for the the program will begin spring 2018 and be completed fall 2019.

Courses will be delivered online with one face-to-face weekend residency, Saturday and Sunday, each fall and spring semester on the MSU-Northern campus. A face-to-face orientation session will also be held on campus in January, prior to the start of class. This cohort delivery model is designed to provide a personal, accessible graduate program for students interested in improving instruction in their respective learning environments.

Professor Curtis Smeby will be in attendance at the information session to meet with interested candidates. Financial aid information will also be available at the meeting. For further information, call the graduate programs office at 1-800-662-6132 Ext. 3738 or Smeby at Ext. 3517.
