Andrew M. Hull of Whitefish, 32, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and open container in the city after a Third Avenue business caller reported Tuesday at 11:01 a.m. that a man had passed out in front of the door.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash reported between a black Ford pickup truck and a 2008 Chrysler Tuesday at 11:52 a.m.

Animal control officers investigated after a 10th Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 1:21 p.m. that a German shepard came into the yard and bit his wife in the leg.

Officers investigated after a Second Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 3:11 p.m. that someone backed into her vehicle.

Officers assisted a boy who came to the police station Tuesday at 3:58 p.m. with a head injury.

Officers investigated after a caller on First Street reported Tuesday at 4:06 p.m. that he got his transport vehicle hooked on a phone line.

Frank Eli McConnell III of Havre, 40, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Tuesday at 9:05 p.m. near the Havre RV Park.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on a juvenile curfew violation charge today at 2:13 a.m. on 15th Avenue.

A 17-year-old was issued summonses on charge of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after someone came into the police station with his daughter Tuesday at 2:22 a.m. to speak about a drug issue.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated after a caller reported Tuesday at 7:49 a.m. that someone tore the county dump gate down.

Deputies made an arrest after a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller reported Tuesday at 12:39 p.m. a shoplifter was stealing in the store. No further information was provided on the arrest.

Deputies made an arrest during a motor vehicle stop Tuesday at 2:57 p.m. No further information was provided on the arrest.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical crews responded to a call Tuesday and one today.

Fire crews responded to a call Tuesday at 11:45 a.m. on the 900 Block of Sixth Avenue where a downed power line was reported. Firefighters stood by and secured the area while NorthWestern Energy workers repaired the line.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning three medium-haired and one short-haired cats.

The animal shelter held this morning a female pit bull terrier, a male shepherd-Rottweiler mix, two male shepherds, a male Labrador retriever-shepherd, a female Chihuahua, a male Boston Terrier and a male terrier.
