Officers investigated after a Juniper Drive caller reported Wednesday at 10:16 a.m. that knife in a black sheath had been found by her garage in some gravel.

William Joseph Williams Jr. of Havre, 32, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass to property after police received multiple complaints.
