Officers investigated after a Seventh Street caller aske Monday at 11:20 a.m. to have an officer come to the residence about a past domestic assault involving her daughter.

Officers investigated after a Havre area caller reported Monday at 12:20 p.m. that one of his clients had his bicycle stolen.

Colorado James McConnell of Havre, 18, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Monday at 2:53 p.m.

Officers assisted Child Protective Services after a call was made Monday at 3:10 p.m.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash between a Buick and a Jeep on Eighth Avenue after a report was made Monday at 3:47 p.m.

William Ray Snell Jr. of Havre, 22, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and criminal destruction of or tampering with communication device and on a Justice or City court warrant.

Officers investigated after a First Street business caller reported Monday at 9:12 p.m. that a tall man in a heavy coat stole a 30-pack of Budweiser and probably left in a white four-door car.

Officers investigated after a Second Street caller reported Monday at 9:57 p.m. that a woman was assaulted by a family member.

Emergency medical crews responded to two calls Monday.

The animal shelter held this morning three medium-haired and one short-haired cats.

The animal shelter held this morning a female pit bull terrier, a male shepherd-Rottweiler mix, two male shepherds, a male Labrador retriever-shepherd mix, a female Chihuahua, a male Labrador-pit bull mix and a Jack Russell-terrier-dalmation mix dogs.
