Officers investigated after a juvenile went to the police department to speak to an officer Tuesday at 9:17 a.m.

Officer assisted a citizen on 11th Street West Tuesday at 9:35 a.m.

Officers investigated after a Hidden Valley Drive caller reported Tuesday at 9:45 a.m. that fuel jugs were stolen.

Five juveniles were issued summonses Tuesday at 12:10 p.m. at Havre High School. Two 14-year-olds and a 17-year-old were each issued a summons on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, possession of dangerous drugs and criminal mischief. A 15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and possession of dangerous drugs and another 15-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Officers issued a summons after a Second Street caller reported Tuesday at 3 p.m. a shoplifter. No further information was provided on the charge.

Officers investigated after a Fifth Street caller reported Tuesday at 4:19 p.m. that someone stole her pills.

Kathryn Elizabeth Gayden of Havre, 29, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Tuesday at 4:29 p.m. on 12th Avenue.

Paul Matthew Cole of Havre, 59, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of marijuana, possession of dangerous drugs and headlamp violation Tuesday at 7:01 p.m. on Lincoln Avenue.

Officers investigated after a Fourth Street caller reported Tuesday at 9:25 p.m. that someone in a pickup truck drove into the side of a building.

Thomas James Jones of Lewistown, 32, was arrested on a shoplifting charge after a First Street business caller reported Tuesday at 10:10 p.m. having a shoplifter in custody.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a First Avenue Northwest, Box Elder, establishment report Wednesday at 12:18 a.m. of a burglary.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical crews responded to seven calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning four medium-haired, one short-haired and one Himalayan cat.

The animal shelter held this morning a female pit bull terrier, two male shepherds, a Chihuahua and a Chihuahua-pomeranian mix dogs.
