Letter to the Editor - Tech owes Northern Lights an apology

I have always perceived the Montana Tech football team as one of integrity.

Well, that went out the window with the disgraceful rout of Montana State University-Northern.

The goal of wining at all costs and setting school and national records came at the hands of humiliating a football team, coaching staff and community. The humiliation of this football program will live long past the tenure of this coaching staff and players.

Your football program, from the athletic director to the coaching staff to the players, owe the MSU-N community an apology. The philosophy of football is not to humiliate opponents but to respect them and, most of all, to respect themselves as a team.
