Officers called to a Ninth Avenue business at 11:14 a.m. Friday for a welfare check, investigated damage reported at 11:18 a.m. from a fight.

Officers investigating a domestic disturbance report made Friday at 5:46 p.m. from 10th Avenue made an arrest. Carmela Tonasket, named as an involved party in the dispatch log, was listed in the jail roster this morning with a charge of partner or family member assault.

Officers investigated a vehicle accident after a 12th Street caller reported Friday at 6:13 p.m. backing into a vehicle that was blocking her driveway.

Steven Lee Strike of Havre, 29, was arrested on a charge of trespass after a Friday 8:08 p.m. caller on Second Street reported a man trespassing on property.

Officers investigated a Friday 9:16 p.m. report of a vehicle accident on First Street.

Lara Shante Lawrence of Havre, 20, was arrested on charges of trespass, assault, disorderly conduct, minor in possession, revocation of suspended or deferred sentence and violations of conditions of release after a Third Street caller asked Saturday at 2:54 a.m. to have an intoxicated woman removed from a residence.

Officers investigated a Saturday 9:34 a.m. report from 10 Street of theft from a vehicle.

Officers investigated a theft reported 11:50 a.m. Saturday from a Washington Avenue business.

Michael Brandon Hoback of Great Falls, 32, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after officers investigated a complaint from a First Street Northeast caller Saturday at 1:36 p.m.

Officers investigated a Saturday 3:01 p.m. report from 4th Avenue of a theft from a vehicle.

Officers investigated a report from a 4th Street caller Saturday at 3:13 p.m. that someone had broken into his house.

Kyle Andrew Surber of Havre, 28, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a Second Street caller reported a disturbance Saturday at 3:43 p.m.

Andrew James Miller of Havre, 22, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief, vandalism, and disorderly conduct in response to Saturday at 11:08 p.m. call from a Ninth Avenue business.

Officers investigated a Sunday 12:20 p.m. complaint from a 10th Street West caller about a damaged apartment.

Officers investigated a theft report made Sunday at 3:01 p.m. A 10th Avenue caller reported a vehicle broken into and a backpack stolen.

Two arrests were made after a Third Avenue business owner called Sunday at 4:51 p.m. to report a renter had caught someone painting on the building.

Officers investigated after a Sunday 9:30 p.m. caller north bound on Fifth Avenue reported they were following a pickup that appeared to have been in a wreck with airbags deployed and a tire of its rim.

Brandy Leian Stimson of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on a charge of MIP after a Second Street caller reported today at 12:33 a.m. people were outside yelling at each other.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Darrell David Gardipee Jr. of Box Elder, 45, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after deputies escorted Gardipee from Rocky Boy Police Department to Hill County Detention Center Friday at 8:37 a.m.

Deputies investigated an assault reported at HCDC Friday at 9:25 a.m.

A 15-year-old from Box Elder was issued a summons on a charge of theft after a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller reported a shoplifter Friday at 5:38 p.m.

Christopner Charles Lemay, 20, and a 15-year-old, both of Havre, were each issued a summons on a charge of theft from a building after a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller reported Friday at 7:16 p.m. having shoplifters.

Deputies investigated after a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller reported Saturday at 1:17 p.m. being threatened by a customer.

——

A 16-year-old from Rudyard was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after a U.S. Highway 2 West caller reported a shoplifter at 5:09 p.m. Saturday.

Deputies investigated after receiving a Sunday 7:49 a.m. report of an assault in Beaver Creek Park.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, nine calls Saturday, two calls Sunday and one call this morning.

Fire crews responded to two fire calls over the weekend. Bear Paw Volunteer Fire Department received the loan of a truck requested Sunday at 12:15 p.m. to manage a fire on the 4800 Block of 72nd Avenue West. And Havre fire crews responded to a 3:53 a.m. false alarm from the 1200 Block of First Avenue. The alarm was reset.

Births

A girl was born Friday, Nov. 17, 2017, to Maiya Thompson and Anthony Lovenguth of Havre.
