Pot proposals stall in ordinance committee

The Havre City Council Ordinance Committee failed to move two proposals out of committee Wednesday night that would have limited or banned medical marijuana storefront dispensaries within city limits.

The issue and the options will be presented to the full Council Monday at their next meeting, Committee Chair Andrew Brekke said.
