Big weekend in Great Falls for MSU-N matmen

After a quick break for Thanksgiving, the Montana State University-Northern wrestling team returns to action. And it's a big weekend for the Lights.

Northern, currently ranked No. 12 in the NAIA, will head to Great Falls for a pair of elite competitions. Today, the Lights take part in the Argo Duals, before entering the Heritage Inn Open (formerly the Battle of the Rockies), on Saturday.

In dual action today, the Lights will wrestle three times. First, Northern goes head-to-head with No. 15 Lindsey Wilson of Kentucky, before taking on Oklahoma City University. Tonight, MSU-N will wrap up the Argo Duals against Northwest Kansas.

The Heritage Inn Open Saturday will feature many of the season teams in a tournament format, with the likes of Providence, McKendree, Minot State and Simon Fraser also in attendance. McKendree is the top-ranked NCAA Division II team in the country.

Today's Argo Duals will take place at the McLaughlin Center in Great Falls. Saturday's Heritage Inn Open will be held at the CMR Fieldhouse.

The Lights will also be in action next weekend when they dual Northern Idaho College in Coeur D' Alene, Idaho.
