Officers arrested two people after a Ninth Avenue business caller reported Saturday at 2:37 a.m. a disturbance and officers reported a man was running from them. Davis William Cravens of Wolf Point, 20, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer, two counts; possession of drug paraphernalia; minor in possession; and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence, and on five Justice or City court warrants. Adrian Moses Shawl of Havre, 25, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and criminal destruction of or tampering with communication device and on two Justice or City court warrants.

William James Granados of Hays, 30, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge, and Jared Scott Granados of Harlem, 28, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge and a Justice or City court warrant.

Officers arrested Veronica Sue Skidmore of Havre, 45, on an obstructing a peace officer or other public servant charge and two Justice or City court warrants Sunday at 9:11 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop on Boulevard Avenue.

Officers arrested Adrian Tyrell Chiefstick of Rocky Boy, 35, on a disorderly conduct charge and a Justice or City court warrant after a First Street establishment caller reported Monday at 12:18 a.m. an assault.

Officers arrested two people and issued another two summonses after a Fifth Street caller reported Monday at 12:59 a.m. that people were fighting behind a residence. Brady Haibo Ophus of Havre, 18, was arrested on charges of minor in possession and endangering the welfare of children; Lawrence Kapualikai Duque of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of children, minor in possession and social host; a 16-year-old was issued a summons on minor in possession and social host charges; and a 15-year-old was issued a summons on a minor in possession charge.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies served warrants and arrested two people on state District Court warrants Friday at 12:03 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center: Matthew Perry Thompson of Bakersfield, California, 46, and Lakotah Jae Oats of Box Elder, 29.

Deputies investigated after a Gildford caller reported Friday at 2:20 p.m. a theft or forgery or fraud.

Deputies arrested two people after a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller reported Friday at 7:02 p.m. that a theft had taken place. Carrie Louise Whitford of Box Elder, was arrested on a charge of driving without a driver’s license and on two Justice or City court warrants, and Tamura Mitchell of Box Elder, 40, was arrested on a shoplifting charge and on two Justice or City court warrants.

Officers arrested Gisele Marie Leroy of Havre, 33, on a theft of labor charge after a U.S. Highway 2 West caller reported Monday at 5:45 p.m. that a woman in the store refused to pay her fare.
