    Havre went under a water boil advisory Friday as cases of a water-borne illness have gone up significantly this year. Havre Public Works Director Trevor More said this morning that the cause of the illness, a water-borne parasite, has not been confirmed in the water supply and the advisory is just a precaution. “It’s just an association with the public water supply as a water-borne disease,” he said.     With a pair of road wins in the Eastern A this weekend, the Havre High softball team made it a perfect 3-0 for the week. Havre was supposed to play Glendive Friday and Sidney Saturday, but instead, the Ponies played both Eastern A rivals Saturday in Sidney.     The Havre newspaper will be changing from a five-day-a-week daily to a once-a-week publication starting in May. Grand Teton News Inc., of Wyoming, the owner of the Havre paper, notified the staff of the Havre paper this week that the daily publication will end April 30. The paper will now be published on Thursdays only, starting May 2.
