A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Rudyard. Following burial of ashes in the Rudyard Cemetery, a reception will be held at the church. Arrangements are by Rockman Funeral Chapel of Chester. Jerry was born Dec. 13, 1941, at Dillon, Mont., to Ernest and Annette Copenhaver. In 1955 the family moved to Joplin, where Jerry graduated from Joplin High School in 1960. He married Sandra Golberg of Rudyard on July 29, 1960.
