    The Havre Health & Safety Fair at Holiday Village Mall often attracts thousands of people interested in learning more about ways to detect and prevent disease.   • Transit system uses Montana-grown biodiesel

    North Central Montana Transit formally celebrated its use of Montana-grown biodiesel fuel Monday, touting its use as a boost for the environment and for the H-Line's economy. The biodiesel is made from plants grown in this area, cleaned at Peaks to Prairie in Malta and processed at Montana State University-Northern, transit system Director Jim Lyons said.     Four area students — two from Havre and two from Chinook — will be going to Europe this summer as part of the People to People program. The program, founded by President Dwight Eisenhower in 1955, promotes international peace and understanding. The four were chosen after a rigorous set of interviews and tests and quizzes on European politics, history, art and culture of Europe. Forty students from Montana will be among those taking part.     Pictures of young people serving in Iraq adorn a wall of the Senior Center at Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation, where the community gathered Wednesday to pay tribute to three returning soldiers. Legionnaires, tribal leaders — many of them veterans — and relatives of the returning soldiers talked about the reservation's long commitment to the military.     In her role as child support director for the Chippewa Cree Tribe, Brenda Gardipee sees more than 250 cases a year of child support and custodial disputes on Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation.
