    Strike It Big, the horse that crashed in the final lap of an Indian Relay race during the Great Northern Fair in July, has died due to injuries sustained in the accident.     Employees at the Ryan Building were forced to evacuate today at about 4 p.m. after someone reported an "electrical smell" somewhere on the second floor of the building.     In an unexpected act of charity, Feed My Sheep Soup Kitchen received a new picnic table Saturday morning thanks to a donation by Robin Thompson and her parents.
