    The judge in the Shane Johnson murder trial today, over objections from both sides of the case, instructed jurors both to consider whether Johnson acted in self defense in the Nov. 9 death of his brother, Travis Johnson, and to consider a lesser charge if they find him not guilty of deliberate homicide.     County seeks new deputy attorney The Hill County Attorney's Office is looking for a new deputy attorney. A job listing on the Havre Job Service Workforce Center website says the county office has one full-time deputy county attorney position open. A representative of the office confirmed this morning that Lindsay Lorang worked her last day as deputy county attorney Wednesday.
