GREAT FALLS (AP) — A Rocky Boy woman has pleaded guilty to defrauding the Chippewa Cree Tribe’s construction company. Georgie Elaine Russell, 37, pleaded guilty Thursday to theft from an Indian tribal government receiving federal grants and making false statements about federal funding. The Havre Ice Hawks high school hockey team has been away from home recently, playing their last six games on the road, with trips to Glasgow, Great Falls and Kalispell.
