    A Rocky Boy man will spend nearly two years in prison for assaulting a federal officer who was patrolling near a checkpoint to look for drunken drivers in 2010. Tyrel James Henderson, age not given, was convicted of assault on a federal officer after a two-day trial in Setpember in federal District Court in Great Falls. Judge Sam E.     A Havre businessman pleaded guilty in a plea agreement to reduced charges in a case where he was accused of forcing a woman to perform oral sex, letting her leave when she agreed to come back later for more sex.
