    The state's youngest-ever legislator announced Sunday he would not run for re-election this year. Rep. Jacob Bachmeier, D-Havre, said during the Hill County Democratic Central Committee meeting in the Havre Eagles Club Sunday he would not run this year and that he was resigning as chair of the Hill County Democrats.
