    The new judge for state 12th Judicial District covering Chouteau, Hill and Liberty counties was sworn in Wednesday morning in the district courtroom in the Hill County Courthouse. Kaydee Snipes Ruiz was sworn in by 17th Judicial District Judge Yvonne Laird of Chinook.     Havre City Council apppointed Janie Hedstrom Tuesday as the new city judge. Hedstrom, who has been working as Havre Police Department's administrative assistant and communications technician, replaces former City Judge Virginia Seigel, who announced her resignation in November, effective Monday.     After having a few weeks off, the Havre Ice Hawks were back on the ice this past weekend, as the team traveled to Glasgow for back-to-back games against the Ice Dawgs. The two teams met twice Saturday in Glasgow and following a 4-4 tie in the first meeting, Havre edged out Glasgow in the second for an 8-7 victory.
