    Havre Fire Department responded to two fire calls, one Wednesday afternoon that destroyed a residence in Smithville and another early this morning. Havre Fire Chief Mel Paulson said that the first was a structure fire which was reported at 4:32 p.m. on the 1600 Block of Smithville Road. Firefighters arrived on the scene at 4:35 p.m. and had the fire controlled about 15 minutes later at 4:50 p.m., he said. He added that the structure fire was in an occupied trailer and the...

    Montana Actors' Theatre is bringing a British farce to Havre this weekend. MAT's production of "One Man, Two Guvnors" has performances starting Friday at 8 p.m. in the Little Theater in Cowan Hall on Montana State University-Northern's campus.
