    Three more people have been arrested on suspicion of being part of a ring that conducted a spree of robberies and thefts in the Havre area. Gloria Crazyboy, Leslie Crazyboy and Caroline Crazyboy were being held in the Hill County jail this morning pending a 1:30 p.m. initial court appearance in Hill County Justice Court.     Box Elder Schools Superintendent Jeremy MacDonald said the schools are closed today due to a heating issue. MacDonald said propane is freezing at the schools and the buildings cannot be heated.     HELENA — The Montana Department of Livestock has reminded producers that all sexually intact female cattle and domestic bison 12 months of age and older in Beaverhead, Big Horn, Broadwater, Carbon, Gallatin, Jefferson, Madison, Park, Stillwater, and Sweet Grass counties must be vaccinated against brucellosis.
