Havre Public Schools Board of Trustees approved a proposed bid for renovations to Havre High School bathrooms Tuesday night at the board’s monthly meeting at Havre Middle School’s Auditorium. Havre Public Schools Superintendent Andy Carlson said the bid, $536,000, was submitted by Wadsworth Builders Company Inc., a construction company from Great Falls. People have an opportunity to socialize and have some homemade pie Thursday at the annual Valentine’s Day Pie Social held by the Friends of the Library. Rep. Jonathan Windy Boy, D-Box Elder, has introduced a bill to create a task force that will help tribal college credits transfer to off-reservation colleges and universities.
