    Blurring the lines between fan and team assistant, one Box Elder sports fan has rarely missed a game for decades. Franny Rosette has been going to Box Elder games for more than 20 years, according to her nephew, Tom.     MISSOULA (AP) — Montana's attorney general is asking the U.S. Justice Department to send him the evidence in sexual assault cases the agency believes the Missoula County attorney's office should have prosecuted but didn't. Friday at the HHS gymnasium, Hays-Lodge Pole beat Turner 80-56 and North Star took down Big Sandy 54-28 in boys loser-out games.     I am a general medical practitioner, with 30 years experience in north-central Montana, and have lived in this community for more than 20 years. Montanans Against Assisted Suicide has decided to appeal its case with the Montana Medical Examiner Board to the Montana Supreme Court, and I am glad to see it (online at http://www.kxlh.com/news/kxlh-evening-top-news-wed-feb-21).     An unlikely hero emerged in the District 9C boys semifinal basketball game on Thursday night in Havre. Playing at the Havre High gymnasium with a championship game berth on the line, the Chinook Sugarbeeters and Hays-Lodge Pole Thunderbirds were locked up in a very tight game.     A Havre man with a lengthy criminal history is going back to the state prison for a lengthy stay. David Lee McKinney, born in 1976, was resentenced this week in state District Court in Havre to eight years in prison for violating probation on a sentence for a 2008 offense.
