    Mill levy options and course changes at the high school were discussed at the Havre School Board of Trustees meeting Tuesday. Havre Public Schools Superintendent Andy Carlson said the Havre Public School district has not run a levy since 2016.     The afternoon of February 29th, 2020, the Rev. VaunDalee DeLong, retired, peacefully passed away at St. Luke’s Hospital in Ronan, Montana. VaunDalee was born VaunDalee Evelyn Rhodes in Valley City, North Dakota, in 1943. She married Douglas Dean DeLong and had two children, Matthew Douglas and Dinah Lynn. VaunDalee attended University of North Dakota at Dickinson and went on to graduate from seminary at The Pacific School of Religion and was a pastor first in the Oil-Field Parish of Sunburst, Kevin, and Shelby, Montana.
