    For weeks now, it looked as though the Montana State University-Northern women's basketball team was locked in to the NAIA national tournament. On Wednesday afternoon, it became official. Northern received an at-large bid to the national tournament, which runs March 19-25 in Franfort, KY. MSU-N is making its first appearance at the national tourney since 2005, and its second under head coach Chris Mouat.     The 65th Montana Seed Show brings Hi-Liners to Harlem to take part in the three-day festival. Paul Rasmussen, one of the main organizers of the show, said, if he had to guess, the event will bring in more than 1,000 people over the weekend.
