HELENA (AP) — A bill signed by Montana's governor could pave the way to clemency for Barry Beach, who is serving a 100-year prison sentence for a 1979 murder he says he didn't commit. Gov. Steve Bullock signed the measure Friday after it passed the Legislature with wide bipartisan support. Lights add two grapplers Montana State University-Northern head coach Tyson Thivierge recently announced the addition of two wrestlers to the 2015 MSU-N recruiting class. The Lights signed both Billings Senior’s Quintel Fuchs and Colstrip’s Austin Blaede to NAIA national letters of intent. Fuchs was the Class AA 126-pound state champion this year.
