    The Great Northern Fairgrounds has updated its website to include past meeting minutes and other information, Tyler Smith, a member of the Great Northern Fair Board said at the Board's meeting Tuesday.     The Great Northern Fair board voted 5-2 at their monthly meeting Tuesday night to hire Dave Brewer as the new manager of the Great Northern Fairgrounds. Board members Tyler Smith, Scott Doney and Jack Solomon all voted to hire Brewer.
