    Montana State University-Northern announced Friday that head coach Bill Huesch had officially resigned his position. The University put out a press release Friday, announcing the move. Huebsch spent nine seasons coaching the Skylights and compiled a record of 109-113. Northern was 6-16 overall last season, as well as 5-7 in the Frontier Conference.     School election day is Tuesday, and 10 local candidates hope Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation voters will choose them to fill the two available slots for school board members. The terms will be for three years. Teddy Russette III has served on the Rocky Boy school board for six years already.
