A 15-year-old boy has been arrested in connection to several reports of a firearm being discharged inside city limits, including apparent vandalism with vehicles being shot and one gunshot inside a residence. The Havre High football team had a strong season this past fall after going 6-3 and qualifying for the postseason. Now that the season is over, several Blue Ponies have been named all-state and all-conference in the Eastern A.
