Sandy was born Aug. 8, 1941, in Lewistown, Fergus County, MT, to Thomas Willis and Jessie (Mackie) Baker Jr. She married Ronald E. Olmstead after his discharge from the U.S. Navy. The possibility of adding a mill levy to the upcoming fall 2020 ballot was discussed at this week’s Hill County Commission’s weekly business meeting. “The reason this is on there is because when we had our discussions about the insurance, there were a lot of comments that suggested that maybe it’s time we put forth the mill request,” Hill County Commissioner Mark Peterson said. The fourth annual Back to School Bash is approaching and its organizers are holding two raffles, with one starting today, to raise money to pay for students’ school supplies, haircuts and shoes. By Johnathan Hettinger Yellowstone National Park will open its Wyoming entrances Monday at noon, Yellowstone Superintendent Cam Sholly announced Wednesday. The park will be limited to day-use only via the Cody and Jackson entrances.
