By Tim Leeds BNSF said today a spill occurred in its Havre railyard, with an estimate of 100 gallons of a mixture of water diesel spilling from its wastewater treatment facility. Spokesman Ross Lane said the spill was detected this morning and had stopped by 7:30 a.m. He said the spill had hit the Milk River, and equipment was in place about 4 miles and 7 miles downstream to catch the leading edge of the spill in the river.
