    The Havre-Hill County Library, faced with budget cuts, will be closed on Saturdays beginning July 2. “After much discussion and deliberation, the Havre-Hill County Library Board of Trustees and the library staff have decided that the best course of action right now is to close the library on Saturday,” library director Rachel Rawn said in a statement.
