    The Trump administration has reversed its decision to close a Job Corps training center in Anaconda, U.S. Sen. Steve Daines, R-Mont., announced Monday.     A new marathon is coming to north-central Montana. At the Hill County Park Board meeting Monday, Havre Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Jody Olson told the board about a planned marathon set for 2020. Olson said Montana State University-Northern Chief of Staff Rachel Dean proposed hosting a full marathon of 25.2 miles in 2020 to the Chamber.     After days of dry, hot weather, the weather for the weekend may be drowning some outdoor plans. National Weather Service had elevated fire conditions warning out for north-central Montana Monday and today, centered from Havre to Harlem Monday and from Cut Bank to Havre today, due to winds, high temperatures and low humidity.     It has been over a month that I have been home from Helena and the Senate floor. Since then, we have had a number of bills that the governor vetoed but had originally passed the Senate and House be a 2/3 majority.
