    The grounds manager of The Great Northern Fair and some members of the board met with the Hill County Commission Monday to talk about how procedures should be handled at the fairgrounds, including hiring some people to help put on this year’s Great Northern Fair.     Family members and friends of Tasha Roberts, a Havre woman found murdered in Great Falls last month, gathered at the Havre Eagles Club Tuesday afternoon for a benefit to raise money for Roberts' three children.     Three brothers passed through Havre Tuesday as they ride on Brothers Bike, a cross-country bike ride from Seattle to New York City to raise money and awareness for two causes. Bobby, Raleigh and Dennis Jenkins are making the 3,500-mile journey, riding about 70 miles a day for the Brothers Bike Fundraiser.
