    The Havre-Hill County Library kicked off this year's summer reading program for local youth with a sign-up event featuring rock painting and hand tracing Wednesday.     Press release Eighty-eight shooters participated in the 43rd annual Bullhook Bottoms Black Powder Club Spring Shoot held May 27-28-29 at historic Fort Assinniboine south of Havre. The weather started out a little damp Saturday, but the temperature was not cold, although the needed rain did effect some scores.     Montana Actors' Theatre's "Twelfth Night" will open at the Eagles Campground on Beaver Creek Park Friday along with a Ren Faire featuring costumes, vendors and children's games.     The Havre Northstars American Legion baseball club has a busy summer ahead and that includes the Magris Invitational in Three Forks this weekend.
