    National Weather Service has issued a winter storm advisory for north-central Montana in the waning days of summer. The Weather Service put out a warning this morning, effective through noon Thursday, for much of the state, with a stronger warning along the Rocky Mountain Front and through Cascade, Judith Basin and Meagher counties and between Bozeman and Red Lodge.
