    HELENA (AP) — The Montana Democratic Party has filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission seeking an investigation into connections between U.S. House candidate Ryan Zinke and the super PAC he founded. The complaint filed Monday says the Special Operations for America political-action committee is coordinating with the Zinke campaign committee.     A new sign recently placed on U.S. Highway 87 south of Havre points the way to Fort Assinniboine, the historic fort that was in operation in the late 19th and early 20th century. The sign is designed to tell visitors where to go for tours.     Two people face charges that, one after another, they took a total of more than $25,000 from an elderly woman who asked them to help her with her finances. Eric D. Frickel and Trina R. Frickel face separate cases alleging each, at separate times, took thousands of dollars the elderly woman had asked them to help her manage and to use to pay her bills.     A man wanted for leaving a Helena prerelease center faces local charges after he allegedly kicked, punched and tried to bite Havre police officers. Douglas W. Jensen, born in 1992, faces a felony charge of assault on a peace officer and misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass and obstructing an officer.
