    Someone dressed in black and wearing a mask is posing as a police officer and attempting to enter the homes of city residents. Havre police urge people to beware of any such suspicious activity and to promptly call police. Police said the incidents occurred Thursday night: One at 17th Street West, the other at 16th Street West.     Staff and wire report A 22-year-old Lodge Pole woman has died in a weekend crash near Harlem. The Montana Highway Patrol reported that Whitney Rae Werk was driving a pickup truck north on county road 241 north of Harlem Saturday morning when she drifted off the road.
