    Two 13-year-old girls who allegedly stole a car and led officers on a pursuit through Havre Tuesday afternoon were arrested after crashing into two other cars. Investigating officer Aaron Wittmer said the girls stole a blue Monte Carlo and refused to stop after police tried to pull them over. The driver never drove faster than 40 mph, Wittmer said.
