    Saturday’s Discover Downtown event will kick off at 9 a.m. with a 5K run and a one-mile fun run and walk. The event will include tours of Havre Historic Post Office and The 305 Building, a hand-painted mailbox auction and an ice cream-eating contest. The day will end with live music by Sax Cadillac.     From Leadership Montana Tracey Jette of Havre was one of 43 people who has graduated from Leadership Montana. She is the director of student success at Montana State University-Northern.
