    Saturday, The Salvation Army will be holding their annual Talent of the Hi-Line Fundraiser.     Richard "Dick" Looby, long-time resident of the Hi-Line, passed away at 73 April 18, following a several-year long health spiral from a series of strokes. Dick grew up on what he affectionately referred to as "the farm" southwest of Harlem, where he obtained his GED and signed up with the U.S. Navy.     In its final preparation for the Central A Divisional tournament, the Havre High softball team traveled to Butte this past weekend and had some mixed results against other Class A teams in non-conference competition. Havre opened the Laverne-Combo Invitational in Butte, against the host team Butte Central Friday and won the game by the score of 9-3.
