    State and local public health agencies in Montana are investigating 52 reports of confirmed and suspected Salmonella Newport illnesses linked to onions from Thomson International, Inc., including cases in Hill County.     Montana Actors' Theatre is holding its youth production of "The Wizard of Oz" starting Thursday at 7 p.m. at the former North 40 location in the Holiday Village Mall.
