    The second annual veterans and first responders’ family barbecue hosted by the Havre Elks Lodge No. 1201 will be Saturday from noon to 3 p.m. in Pepin Park.     Havre Public Schools Transportation Department has made some improvements and has reimplemented technology to increase safety and efficiency for both staff and students.
