    Several local schools opened up with re-opening plans tooled to the COVID-19 pandemic and told The Havre Daily News how the first week has gone.     Members of the Hill County Health Board discussed during their weekly meeting Friday how they would evaluate potential outbreaks of COVID-19 in Hill County schools, as has been seen in some schools nation-wide, as the schools re-open in the coming weeks.     Havre Daily News staff Law enforcement has issued an Amber Alert for a 6-month-old baby abducted by his non-custodial father and a babysitter.     Swift foxes, an animal that has been absent from the Fort Belknap area for many years, is set to be reintroduced to the area via a project by the Smithsonian Biology Conservation Institute in conjunction with the Fort Belknap Indian Community.
