    Drivers are warned to use extra caution when driving through Beaver Creek Park after Labor Day, with cattle once again going onto the park during the fall grazing season. The Hill County Park Board leases grazing to area ranchers from the day after Labor Day to the first of the next year.     Nearly two-and-a-half months after Gov. Steve Bullock requested the president declare a disaster so Montana counties could get help dealing with massive flooding, President Donald Trump has approved part of the request.     In its third week of discussing the issue, the Hill County Commission Thursday approved Hill County Justice of the Peace Judge Audrey Barger’s request for changing the title and wages of her clerks. Commissioner Diane McLean brought up the motion during the commission’s business meeting Thursday to change the title of the Justice Court clerks to judicial administrative assistant.     Domino’s has awarded a grant of $5,000 to Havre City Public Works for pothole repairs. Domino’s invited customers in June to nominate towns and cities across the country for it’s Paving for Pizza program, where Domino’s presents a grant to areas for pothole repair. In July a representative from Domino’s contacted Havre City Public Works Director Dave Peterson to tell him Havre was nominated.     With West Nile virus season in full swing and the first confirmed case recorded in Hill County this week — the same week the first West Nile-caused death was reported in the state — people are urged to take precautions and do what they can to reduce the number of mosquitoes in the area.
